Superstar Rajesh Khanna, who was said to be critically ill till yesterday, is hale and hearty, according to his son-in-law Akshay Kumar.
Akshay Kumar on Thursday visited the 69-year-old actor at his residence Aashirwad. His estranged wife Dimple Kapadia was by Khanna's side.

Popularly known as 'Kaka', Rajesh Khanna went through a health scare in April too. His current ill health brought his younger daughter Rinke to Mumbai on Wednesday morning. Dimple and Rajesh Khanna's elder daughter Twinkle is expecting her second baby with Bollywood star Akshay Kumar.
Khanna is referred to as the "First Superstar" of Hindi cinema. He made his debut in 1966 with Aakhri Khat and rose to prominence with his performances in movies like Raaz, Baharon Ke Sapne, Ittefaq and Aradhana.
He won three Filmfare Best Actor Awards has received the maximum BFJA Awards for Best Actor (Hindi) - four times. He was also awarded the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005.
